badshah Terms and Conditions
This document sets out the legal basis governing all activities on the badshah platform — from creating an account and playing games to claiming bonuses and making withdrawals.
By using the badshah platform you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted all the terms set out below. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using the service. badshah reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continuing to access the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
1 Definitions and Interpretation
The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions:
- "Platform" means the badshah website, mobile app and all related digital services.
- "User" or "Member" means any individual who holds a registered account.
- "Bonus" means any promotional funds or rewards granted by badshah.
- "Wagering" means the requirement to stake a bonus amount a specified number of times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC" means the identity verification process.
2 Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on the badshah platform and take part in any casino or betting activity. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information during age verification may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, device, payment method or IP address, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
You must provide your correct name, mobile number and payment details at registration. badshah may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Incomplete or false information may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension.
3 Account Security and Responsibility
Keeping your account login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing your password with anyone or allowing a third party to operate your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the badshah support team immediately via live chat.
If you forget your password, you can set a new one by using the "Forgot password?" option on the login page and verifying your mobile number. Sensitive account details cannot be changed until your identity is confirmed through OTP verification.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
Funds can currently be deposited on the badshah platform via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳200. Deposits must be made using the correct mobile number and transaction reference number; deposits with incorrect details may be cancelled.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, processing may be delayed if KYC verification is still pending.
Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements on any active bonus have been met.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 150% bonus up to ৳20,000 is available on your first deposit at badshah. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; before withdrawing this bonus you must complete 20x wagering, meaning ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.
5.2 Other Promotions
badshah runs various regular offers including a weekly deposit reward, slot festival bonus and Cricket Darbar offer. Each offer has its own wagering requirements and eligibility rules, which are detailed in the respective offer description.
- A second bonus of the same type cannot be activated while one is already active.
- Bonus balance can only be used for gameplay; it cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Misuse of bonuses, dishonest strategies or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account closure.
- badshah reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer at any time.
6 VIP Membership and Cashback
Members are automatically promoted to higher VIP tiers based on regular play. There are four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
The weekly cashback is a fixed percentage of that week's net losses — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold and 1.5% at Platinum. For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳220 cashback.
badshah has sole authority over VIP benefits and tier changes. VIP benefits may change if a member does not maintain their tier level or remains inactive for an extended period.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Using another person's account or operating an account on behalf of someone else.
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to attempt to influence game outcomes.
- Coordinated group betting aimed at exploiting the bonus system.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
- Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
8 Responsible Gaming
badshah considers gambling a form of entertainment that should be enjoyed responsibly. All members are advised to bet within their means.

9 Service Suspension and Termination
badshah reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any member's account for any reason without prior notice. Under normal circumstances, however, the member will be notified by email before the account is closed.
If a member wishes to close their own account, they should contact the support team via live chat or email. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw their available balance before closure, but any conditional bonus balance will be cancelled.
10 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, please first contact the badshah support team via 24/7 live chat or email. The support team provides service in both Bengali and English.

11 Limitations and Disclaimer
The badshah platform is provided on an "as is" basis. badshah is not liable for losses caused by technical outages, internet connectivity issues or third-party software.
Game outcomes are fully controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. There is no guarantee of winning any bet and the risk of significant losses always exists.
12 Privacy and Data Protection
Full details of how your personal data is collected, stored and used are set out in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is effective alongside these terms and both apply together.
All your financial and personal data is protected using SSL encryption technology. The system automatically monitors accounts to prevent suspicious activity.
13 Changes and Effectiveness
These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full effect. These terms are written in Bengali, and the Bengali version will be considered authoritative for any interpretation.
